The inspection reportedly found dirt and grease accumulated on walls and ceilings, cracked floors where water and food waste had pooled, and inadequate pest-exclusion barriers at the premises.Separately, the FDA suspended the licence of Cafe Cadel in Mahim over violations related to ventilation, pest control and food equipment standards. Officials also found a lack of records documenting water testing. The action comes as food safety authorities continue inspections of eateries and food establishments to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements.
